- Wait for the confirmation e-mail from us.
Without our conformation by email, the reservation is not valid! - Make the payment and transfer the money on our account

Conditions & Rules
- By making a reservation at Quinta Vida Verde you agree with our General Terms and Conditions (in Dutch). Algemene-voorwaarden-Quinta-Vida-Verde
Condition of payments
- After reservation, the payment must be transferred within 7 days on the account of Quinta Vida Verde.
- This account is under the business name of CAS E MO, LDA with IBAN-nr: PT50 0035 0096 00019935930 29
- The reservation will be cancelled if the payment is not completed within the agreed term.
Terms of cancellation
- 75% restitution till 90 days upon arrival.
- 50% restitution till 30 days upon arrival.
- With a cancelation within 30 days upon arrival there will be no restitution.
- With an early departure within your stay there will be no refund on the days unused.
- We advice you to arrange for a good travel/cancelation insurance to have a full restitution in case of cancellation for certain reasons.
Code of Conduct
We are not fans of many rules because your stay has to be carefree and relax, but we do ask our guests to:
- Have respect for nature, animals, people and materials.
- Care for other guests and honor the rules considering safety.
- Take into account our very strict smoking and open fire policy during the summer months. Smoking is only allowed in designated places.
